Paul’s information and helpful, professional manner was the deciding factor for me to commit to a 6-month bundle. I had questions after getting to a certain point in the web interface and he answered them thoroughly and with a wonderfully supportive attitude. He really made the difference for me - I’m very thankful for his assistance!

I've had no issues with SkinnyRX customer service. I've had a few questions and both the telephone customer service and the CHAT option have been great. I just received my 5/6th month and when I opened it I did not see the 6th month. I called Dhary who really was awesome in explaining it will be sent in about 28 days. He gave me a ticket # and knew what he was talking about. With so many Companies out there prescribing these meds and many being questionable, SkinnyRX is a safe company that gives the customer the ability to call and ask questions...ALL of which are answered. I've lost weight and am extremely satisfied and happy with these folks! Thanks, Sandy!
