What made my experience so wonderful was because she was nice and patient and understanding. She took her time to explain the difference medications to me. She spoke well and clear and concise.

I choose SkinnyRx because of the various plans and I could pay interest free with Affirm on a one year bundle. The intake staff are very friendly and professional. Things were going well. l was losing weight at the rate I wanted until I became very sick four months later. I was taken to the hospital via ambulance, treated for several hours and released. I missed three days of work. Cancellation was no problem. My issue is I was converted from a one year bundle to a four month bundle. This increased the cost of the meds and reduced my refund by $400. They expressed empathy but will not give me a full refund of my balance. No consideration of my costs: the ambulance, copays, lost wages and follow up appointments. Be very careful dealing with them. They are wolves hiding behind sheep.

We're sorry to hear about your hospital visit and health issues – that sounds really rough. If you experienced severe symptoms while on the medication, we always recommend stopping it immediately and contacting your primary care provider. Your health and safety come first. When you canceled your one-year bundle four months in, you were refunded based on our standard policy: we charged you the regular monthly rate for the time you had medication and refunded the difference. That's how we handle all bundle cancellations. We understand you're frustrated with the refund amount, but we can't factor in personal medical expenses or lost wages – that's not something we're able to do for any member. The refund you received follows our published policy and is what we'd provide in any similar situation. We wish you well with your health going forward.

Company has so far been very helpful. Just started recently, but the materials sent and the phone call from Phil as an introduction was really informative. No results yet but that is to be expected as I'm only a week in.
