Had a question about some pillows I was considering and was able to get an answer right away from support. I ended up getting a similar pair that their design team recommended. Love the chat feature and that they have designers on hand to offer recommendations—saved me lots of time searching for an alternative.

Diana Harris was OUTSTANDING. Very knowledgable, so nice and got the job done! Give her a raise! As an Interior Designer, I deal with a lot of damaged and broken items post delivery. Diana is the best I've ever had, and that says a lot. WELL DONE!

Sending delicate items via shippers can be a hazardous affair and mine was no exception. No fault of Scout & Nimble though. They were onto the issue straight away and resolved matters to my satisfaction in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. The service I received from Diana Harris, in particular, was superb. Diana Harris provided expedited and friendly customer service. We had a coffee table that was dented upon delivery. I called customer service and was able to speak directly to Diana who also continued to communicate with me directly through email. She took ownership of managing issuing a replacement for us and followed through until delivery. This excellent customer service makes me highly likely to refer friends and family to Scout & Nimble.

I ordered a lovely dining table from Scout and Nimble. Their customer service was great with answering my questions and also inquiries regarding delivery schedule. The table was delivered within the timeframe they promised, which I have found that other companies have trouble doing. Through no fault of their own the table arrived slightly damaged. Their customer service was not only responsive in resolving my concerns, they were proactive, professional and customer service focused (shout out to Diana!) in resolving the matter.

Shipping was fast but my ottoman arrived damaged. They quickly resolved the problem and the new one came the next week. Customer service was fabulous and my new ottoman is beautiful.
