Diana from the beginning was so understanding and empathetic to my situation. I had open heart surgery and my couch sat in the garage for over a month and when I finally brought it in it was not necessarily great. However, she said she was going to do everything she could to help me and she did. She went above and beyond and I’m so incredibly grateful for her wonderful service to me. She’s truly a delightful person very kind and caring and that’s rare these days it seems. I felt like she really wanted to help. So I feel extremely lucky to have had her help me out.
