This is the worst and most corrupt company I've ever met. I called and spoke to a so called sleep expert with over 25 years in the business. Told him exactly what I was looking for and what I currently had. Which he said he sold for years, after all I told him I was looking for, he said there better set up would work out great. Paid a ton of money for this mattress. When it arrived, it looked like a nice product. But thats where the nicity stopped. I wanted a very soft mattress, which he told me it would be on the lowest setting. It wasn't. It was way to hard tried it for a few nights but couldn't take it anymore. Contacted them about my issues. Was told I had to wait 45 days before I could return it. 45 days!! Crazy. Then, after waiting the 45 days. Set up the return. Jumped through all the hoops and got it done. Then wait, now I have to wait 30 more days to get the refund. Finally get the refund and they withheld $94.00 as a charge for the 2 free pillows they sent that i didn't order and I didn't like one bit. This is the worst experience ever. I hope this keeps others from dealing with this horrible company.

What a great bed. We’ve had our split king mattress for three weeks and it truly is the best mattress we’ve ever slept on. We had a sleep number bed for twenty one years and this mattress is far above what the sleep number mattress was. Our sales guy, Mark, went above and beyond what anyone could expect to make sure that all our questions were answered and that we were taken care of. We also got the bed jet. What a wonderful difference it’s made in our sleep. It took us a few nights to get the temperatures set to where we liked it but I’m not sure we can ever sleep without it. We’ve had no back pain since we received our mattress. We highly recommended Isense.

Great company, wonderful service, amazing bed We searched for high quality, adjustable beds for a while before we came across iSense. From the time we inquired until they delivered and set them up the interaction with the company was outstanding Once the bed was in place, the Regional Manager, Mark called to find out how delivery and set up went, and walked us through how to ensure we set the comfort levels to our liking. We now have a great nights sleep and are really happy with our decision Thank you Mark and iSense for ensuring we had a great experience and are sleeping soundly Brian

What a great bed! I looked at multiple premium beds before deciding to purchase this one. It is a wonder! I purchased it in July and still get into bed like falling onto a cloud. I marvel at how comfortable it feels. Cool in summer, but warms quickly when needed. I no longer need a pillow for my bad knee, the bed adjusts to support it. For my husband and myself, no other bed will do. Thank you, Christopher, for your patience as I worked through my questions and concerns!

I cannot say enough about the customer service and warranty from Isense. I would rate the warranty and customer overall 5 stars! The customer service lead, Liam was a superstar ! He responded quickly and resolved the warranty claim immediately. Although my Mattress experienced an issue, the customer service by Liam and isense made my decision to purchase my isense mattress an excellent choice.

I have had back problems for years and the iSense mattress has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. I wake up in the same position I fell asleep in and am not in pain and without stiffness in my lower back. I highly recommend iSense for your consideration.

Good product. Sales person was pleasant and informative. I needed a replacement mattress for my faulty sleep number mattress, and I needed it fast. I was able to get it the next day. The people at the factory were excellent and even loaded into my car.

The product they sent me was defective. I gave them a reasonable time to correct the defect but only got the run around. I finally decided to return the mattress. They initially tried to extract a 25% discount because the trial period was not over. They finally agreed to give me a full refund when I reminded them the product was defective. When I received the refund they deducted $777 which they claim is the value of the “free” pillows. This is a completely dishonest company.
