Haley really helped me out with a damaged item I had

I purchased a storage cabinet from Scout & Nimble based on customer reviews of the company. The cabinet I purchased was available from a handful of other retailers, some at a slightly lower price, however I really value customer service and reputation of a company. I am so relieved that I decided to purchase from S&N because the entire process from purchasing, shipping, scheduling delivery, and customer service has been phenomenal. My item arrived with some minor damage and when I reached out to S&N customer service, I immediately received a response from Hayley Copeland and we had the entire issue resolved via email in a couple of hours and a handful of emails. She was responsive, kind, and very efficient! I can't recommend S&N enough.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a piece of furniture, knowing it was back ordered. S&N kept me informed of all timelines and updates, then there was an issue that occurred during shipping, they rectified it quickly. Everyone I communicated with during the process was kind and efficient!

The customer service was delightful. Kaley was wonderful to work with. She quickly helped me with my return and then followed up when the return arrived and my refund was processed.
