Product was damaged and helpfully replaced.

We appreciated the sale price, delivery was on time and the items ordered were just as described...very cute! One thing we would've preferred is that the items had come in a box and not a padded envelope. They could've been damaged if the padded envelope had gotten crushed by a large package. Otherwise, we're happy with our purchase. Thanks!

They called me back just moments after I left a voicemail. We worked through a shipping misunderstanding to my satisfaction. I also appreciate being able to order with Applepay.

We love our new chair. Diana was great with any question I had on delivery and making sure I had all the correct info.
