Basically another insurance company who…
Basically another insurance company who says they do X and they don’t. I’ve gotten the run around. They keep denying all my claims towards my deductible. It’s been a waste of money. I have yet to be able to use it. My dog had sustained an injury and it wasn’t a current preexisting problem and they denied it. May as well save the money towards whatever happens. I haven’t had a good experience at all with these people! I would look for other companies out there that are better. I maintain my review. Happy to share any info with whoever needs it. As soon as I have time to hold I will be canceling my insurance with them.

Hi Carly, we definitely understand it can be frustrating when a claim is not approved. Like most providers, we do not provide coverage for pre-existing conditions. This means that if something occurs, or was showing signs or symptoms prior to enrollment or during the waiting period, it would not be eligible for coverage. This includes conditions that are related to, secondary, or resultant from a pre-existing condition. Once a claim is filed, it is then processed by a Pumpkin claims team member, all of which have a veterinary medical background. Our claims team uses medical records and documentation provided by your veterinarian in order to determine coverage eligibility. Keep in mind that while we may not be able to offer coverage for pre-existing issues, new unrelated accidents or illnesses may be eligible for coverage. This service is horrible..I can't never…
This service is horrible..I can't never get threw to anyone about my claim and I'll never refer you people to anyone..how you never get in contact with nobody but I pay my plan bill every month..everybody these people are a scam
