The app is easy to navigate. The clear instructions as to how to file a claim and the swiftness of the claim being processed makes Pumpkin a great source for pet needs to be fulfilled! My payment was in my account so fast after claim was filed.

Pumpkin has been very good about my claims processing. I did reach out one time because a claim was denied and I felt it was not caused by a pre-existing condition since the doctor couldn't determine what was causing his stomach issues. They listened to my feedback and paid the claim. My only issue is that claims typically take 30 days to process.
