I am very pleased with Pumpkin Pet Insurance. I signed up for direct deposit. I have had multiple claims and after review, Pumpkin has deposited the money into my account. Great pet insurance! Thank you Pumpkin!!!

You are taking such a long time honoring the March 9, 2023 claim submission. What is going on what is the problem? You have been very slow with my last 2 claims I am thinking about cancelling coverage with you. What is wrong? I thought you honor for tooth extractions! Very disappointed please hurry with this March 9, 2023 claim! I have waited long enough!

I have filed a few claims and they were taking care fairly fast, with the exception of a couple times I needed to submit extra papers

So far I am very happy and impressed. The main thing is the price and rate of coverage. Also my emails get answered within 24 hours, if not the same day. Excellent! I am brand new to Pumpkin, but hopefully everything will stay excellent.
