Policy is really an savings plan
I paid for wellness care. Submitted the bill and learned the coverage has an annual maximum of approximately the premium you pay When I discovered this I cancelled. They then charged my cc the remainder of 1 year premiums. Is this insurance or a payment plan? Very unfair

Thanks for your feedback, Ron! When a bundle is included on a claim, coverage will switch to an Annual Cap method of reimbursement rather than by itemized service. You can find this information in your Pumpkin Preventive Essentials Customer Agreement. Once the Annual Cap for your Preventive Essentials Plan has been met you will not be eligible for any additional reimbursements until the next policy year. The whole process with customer service…
The whole process with customer service was a great experience. She was professional, knowledgeable and was to answer all my questions. The claim process was easy, all required documents were easy upload on my computer. Very please with entire experience at this time.
