Very easy to understand website and sign up. Plans are very customer adaptable, like a buffet, pick what you want & forget the rest. Excellent email communication and patience in waiting for me to send records. Pumpkin is my rock in my house full of chaos.

There is a waiting period that applies, so do not think you can bet this insurance and use it in less than a couple of weeks. Did not really look for fine print, so it may be in there somewhere, but it was not something that jumped out at me.

Received my claim reimbursement very quickly. Easy to upload claims.

The process to submit a claim was simple, took a picture and uploaded it to the site. I received reimbursement for eligible expenses within 2 days via direct deposit into my bank account. This was so easy!
