Cancelled for no reason

Aloha, we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Tours are canceled only when necessary due to ocean conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues that could affect the experience. When cancellations do occur, guests are always given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We’d appreciate the opportunity to understand your situation better and review what occurred if you’d like to contact our team directly.
A great trip with Captain Jason and his crew. Everyone was so accommodating and well organized. Highly recommend this boat because it handles the waves very well. With a maximum speed of only 10 kn, it’s not the fastest boat in the fleet, but it was a perfect cruising speed to get us to our snorkelling destinations and to see the sites. Thank you!

Mahalo! Sounds like a great day on the water. Captain Jason and the crew will appreciate the kind words about the experience and organization. Glad the ride felt comfortable and gave you time to enjoy the views along the way. Thanks for the recommendation.
The crew was amazing, the tour was phenomenal. We were given plenty of time in the water and happened to see lots of humpback whales headed to the crater and back. The breakfast and lunch that we’re provided was delicious and the ginger drink they passed out for seasickness tasted fantastic. The crew was attentive to all her needs, and I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. We will definitely be back.

Mahalo! That sounds like a fantastic day. Plenty of time in the water, whales along the way, and a crew that takes care of every detail. Glad the food and that ginger drink hit the spot, too. Appreciate the recommendation, and we’ll be ready to welcome you back.
Very friendly, helpful and professional crew. Clean boat and gear. Delicious lunch. My mother in law particularly enjoyed the couch by the bar protected from the wind. They were super helpful with my young kids showing them how to put on the gear enter/exit the water, and they had a boogie board with a window for my 7 year old who decided the snorkel was too scary!

That spot by the bar is a favorite, too. Appreciate you sharing this! We’d love to have you all back aboard. Mahalo for the 5-star review!
