Comfort, great views, and turtles and whales all in one day, that’s hard to beat. We’re glad ʻElua delivered across the board, from the crew to the onboard experience. Mahalo for the recommendation!

Mahalo! Sounds like a perfect evening on the water. We’re glad the crew, experience, and value all stood out. Thanks for joining us! We’d love to welcome you back again.
We booked with the Pride of Maui based on the reviews and they were spot on. 5 Stars!! Justin and his crew were outstanding and thought of every detail from armbands and sprite/ginger drinks for nauseated guests to a spotless boat. Lunch was great and the overall experience was fantastic. They keep the group size smaller which is a huge plus.

Mahalo! We love hearing that you’d join us again, that means a lot. It’s great to know the crew and boat made such a strong impression. We appreciate the recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back next time you’re on Maui.
The team’s customer service was fabulous! It was our second time taking Pride of Maui and nothing short of Amazing! Our son broke his leg a week before our trip, he was in a wheelchair (weight bearing on one leg and able to hop his way to get onto boat) and because of the patience and support each team member gave to my son it gave him a comfortable experience. All courses from the menu were delicious and drinks made to order made. The added whale sightings made the evening dinner cruise even more memorable!

Mahalo for the wonderful review and for sailing with us again! We’re so glad your son felt comfortable and supported. Our crew will truly appreciate your kind words. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the food, drinks, and those special whale sightings as well. We hope to welcome your family back aboard again soon.
The weather was good. The entertainment was great. All those working on the ship were great and enjoyed their work. The food was also very good. This was the first experience of this kind for us and it was very enjoyable.

Mahalo for the wonderful review! We’re so glad your first sunset cruise was such an enjoyable experience. It’s great to hear you loved the entertainment, food, and our crew. We hope to welcome you back aboard again soon for another evening on the water.
We were told there would be 40 people…there were over 100. As we boarded the burgers were being cooked 2 hours ahead of time, and tasted so as well. But the 100 snorkelers with noodles really made the experience unbearable. So don’t waste your money.

Aloha, and thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the experience did not meet your expectations. We want to clarify that for our Molokini snorkel tour, we communicate a capacity of up to 90 guests, and do not represent that a specific or lower guest count will be on board. Group sizes can vary by day based on bookings, and we operate within those limits to ensure a safe and well-managed experience. We understand how a difference between expectation and reality can feel frustrating, and we’re sorry it felt crowded during your trip. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re sorry this did not reflect the experience we aim to provide.
