We had a great day. Beautiful, clean boat. Food was delicious and staff were some of the best. Especially Tiffany. Would definitely book this again and recommend others as well.

Aloha, and thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry your tour was canceled. While cancellations are rare, safety always comes first if there’s a mechanical issue with a vessel. In situations like this, guests are always given the option to reschedule for another trip or receive a full refund. We regret that the change affected your plans, but we’re glad you were still able to enjoy a great day on the water during your visit. If you return to Maui in the future, we would welcome the opportunity to host you aboard.
My daughter Marley and I were on your 8am snorkeling tour on 3/5/26. She is 25 and it was her first time snorkeling. The crew was outstanding. One crew member in particular. Unfortunately I forgot her name. She is a Japanese woman. She went above and beyond to helped my daughter to feel comfortable in the water. This experience led to us snorkeling every day of our trip at many locations. Watching her confidence grow a snorkeler filled my heart with joy. Thank you so much. I will recommend The Pride of Maui to everyone I know coming to the island.

Mahalo for the wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that Marley’s first snorkeling experience was such a positive one. Our crew loves helping guests feel comfortable and confident in the water, and it means a lot to know that support helped spark a week full of snorkeling for you both. Thank you for sharing this special father-daughter memory with us and for the kind recommendation. We hope to welcome you both back aboard again someday.

It was a pretty rough night, so it was great that the employees brought cocktails, hors d’oeuvre, and dinner to us. Good service all the way around.
