This company has been amazing to work with. Started off with a single needle and just 3 months later, I upgraded to a multi needle machine. The quality is great and affordable compared to other brands. Customer service is superb. Leo and Jessie have been super responsive and have kept in touch since my purchases. A+ customer service.

Purchased the EOC07 and I am very impressed with the machine so far. I am relatively new to the embroidery world but this machine, customer support, and guidance videos online (Poolin official YT page) make getting started very easy. Can't recommend this brand/company enough!

Poolin is the best with customer service. Even with my frustration, Leo helped me with replacements for my foot presser. The EOM 15 Works amazing and their team really helps.

Making the decision to order was the hardest part. Machine arrived and YouTube videos made it easy to get up and running. As a complete novice to the embroidery world, the customer service has been an essential part of the process. Every question I’ve had or issue has been resolved same day through corresponding with the Poolin representatives. I can’t recommend enough!

I’m a beginner in embroidery and I’m really happy with my Poolin EOC05. For the price, the machine is very good and the bundle includes pretty much everything you need to get started. What I appreciate the most is the customer service. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been responsive, helpful and willing to find a solution. When you’re learning embroidery, having good support makes a huge difference. Overall, I think it’s a great machine for someone who wants to start embroidery without spending thousands of dollars. Very happy with my purchase so far! 👍

I am extremely happy with my experience with Poolin so far! Their customer service has been absolutely wonderful. From the beginning, they have been very helpful, responsive, and willing to assist whenever I have questions about my machine. What really stands out to me is their follow-up. They don’t just help you with an issue and disappear they actually check back to make sure the machine is running correctly, that everything is going well, and to see if you need any additional assistance. That means a lot to me, especially when learning a new machine. You can tell that Poolin truly cares about their customers and wants to make sure they have the support and resources they need to be successful. I really appreciate knowing that if I need help, their team is there and willing to assist. Excellent customer service, great communication, and amazing follow-up. I definitely give Poolin 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience ordering a poolin machine has been great so far. I have a support team that is helpful when I need it. The machine is going great so far and I’m excited to continue learning with it.

I have had a few discussions with Both Leo and Amy they are both always informative and respond quickly. I have had issues with troubleshooting my machine and turns out I installed the needle backwards and crooked and Leo was able to find the issue and walk me through correcting. Feedback from Poolin group is great and I appreciate the ongoing support. Many thanks to Leo, Amy and the poolin family
