Love the machine. As with anything it does take a little learning to have it function as it should. The whole Poolin group has been helpful as well as the engineers. Can’t wait till I can upgrade to a multi needle. Shipping was quick and well packaged. I have the EOC07

From purchase to delivery I received communication from me rep continuously. I love my EOM, I love how fast it is , I love how clean the stitches are, I just love it. The only pet peeve I have it when I am oiling it I have to remove everything and when you’re pressed for time it’s not the most convenient. But other than that I love, love, love it. Love my EOM 15 needle machine!!! I started out with a single needle machine someone gave me and quickly loved doing embroidery. Realised real quick that I wanted a bigger machine. After a lot of research I ended up with the EOM and love it. Kai Tang has been amazing, if I have questions or run into a problem (usually user error) he helps me! Would highly recommend the EOM!!!

When I need them they're there for me quick fast I love the way they send me the videos to help me understand how to get my machine back up and running also their products is good their material is good truly amazing color and shine and perfection and gloss when I'm doing my embroidery I love them I respect their craft and their work I'm on my third machine with them I got to tell you I'll probably be at 10:00 before it's all over LOL

As a beginner to embroidery, I started with the Poolin EOC05 last October, and it was the perfect machine to learn on. It was easy to use, reliable, and helped me build my confidence while learning the embroidery process. A few weeks ago, I upgraded to the Poolin EOC06, and I am absolutely loving it! The larger hoop sizes have opened up so many new possibilities for my projects, and the machine has been a great step up from the EOC05. One of the things that truly sets Poolin apart is their customer service. Whenever I have a question or need help, their team is always there to assist. What impressed me most is that they don't just respond when you reach out, they actually check in with you to make sure everything is going well. That level of support is hard to find these days. If you're new to embroidery, I highly recommend the EOC05 as a starter machine, and if you're ready for more space and flexibility, the EOC06 is an excellent upgrade. I'm very happy with my Poolin experience! Overall, I'm very happy with my Poolin machines and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get started with embroidery or upgrade their setup.
