I’ve been using my Poolin EOX for a short time and so far I’m really happy with it! There’s definitely a learning curve, but the machine has been working great. The customer support team has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions, which has made the learning process much easier. Overall, a great experience so far! 🧵✨

When I decided it was time to upgrade my embroidery machine, I spent a lot of time researching and comparing my options. Choosing a new machine is a big decision, and I had plenty of questions along the way. After I got my machine, I was assigned a customer service group to help me get ready to use it. They’ve been so helpful and supportive as I’ve gotten set up and started learning. I’ve already completed my first project—a dinner napkin—and figured out how to send a design from Embrilliance to the machine over Wi-Fi, without using a USB. I’m excited to keep learning and see what I can make with it! A big thank-you to Jessie, Kai, Kevin, and Leo for all your help getting me started!

The simplicity is what convinced me to purchase tye E0CO6. I love the videos on YouTube that assist with everything from threading, hooping, troubleshooting etc... The price and hoop size was another selling factor. Lastly, whenever I have a question it is answered quickly and resolved by Kevin Xu. This is a great machine with great service. I can't wait to upgrade to my 15 needle Poolin.

So far, very happy with this machine! I was initially worried about not having Tech local for support, but it’s been very convenient to be able to text and resolve any issues. Very affordable machine and arrived quickly!
