Kevin Xu was an excellent tech support. My machine wasn’t working properly due to it being jammed and he guided me and sent videos oh how to fix it. My machine is now up and running. Thank you Kevin Xu you are a life saver 😌

I’ve only had my machine for a week but my experience with it so far has been nothing but amazing. It is very user friendly and customer service is outstanding. I had an issue with my bobbin casing so I messaged customer service and within just a few minutes they were able to fix my problem!
