It did take some time to get the machine, but I love it and the technician KAI has been great, always willing to help, checking on me and very patient!

I had a great experience with purchasing my EOX. Technical support was very helpful with setting up the machine. The only issues I had were caused by me. The EOX is a beast, and I highly recommend it.

I had a great experience with Poolin and especially with their customer service representative, Kai Tang. As someone who was new to setting up and operating my embroidery machine, I definitely needed some assistance getting everything up and running. Kai was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me troubleshoot the issues I was having, walked me through the setup, and made sure my machine was working properly before we were finished. I truly appreciated that he didn’t make me feel rushed and was willing to answer my questions along the way. The Poolin EoX came expertly packed making it nearly impossible to damage. After unpacking the support I received from. Leo Wang exceeded my expectations for customer support. Any questions I had were immediately answered and questions I did not know I had were answered as well. I highly recommend this brand and it's customer service team.

Team worked with me after a catastrophic jam (my fault sweater ate itself) and machine was knocked out of timing. I thought I would be down for weeks by they talked me through the repair. Awesome service. Great machine.

Delivery was fast and easy. A replacement part needed to be sent and it was done promptly. Kai, who is part of my dedicated support team has always responded to any request or question I have very quickly so I feel confident using my embroidery machine. I am still experimenting and learning but so far, it has been great and stitched out beautifully.
