I recently purchased the Poolin EOC07, my very first embroidery machine, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with both the machine and the support I’ve received. One thing that’s really cool was how much came with the purchase - multiple hoops, stabilizers, threads, bobbins, and other useful supplies. As a beginner, being able to take the machine out of the box and start creating right away has been such a rewarding experience, without having to immediately buy a bunch of extras. But what really stands out is the customer service. Alex, Xiao, and Chris were incredibly helpful throughout the ordering and setup process, and Leo and the technician team were patient and thorough when I needed help troubleshooting. The whole team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to guide me through the learning process. I’m very happy with my purchase and especially grateful for the people behind Poolin who have made my first embroidery machine experience such a positive one.

I’ve always wanted to purchase a multi-needle machine but with the price structure of the machines that were manufactured in the US it was hard to achieve. The machine is easy to use and has great performance and the support is very helpful and always provides great service when you need it. Once I grow in my business, I plan to purchase another Poolin.
