My first Poolin machine a E0C06, had it almost a year, initially I had issues with threading, nesting and tensioning but the customer service team working with me sorted it out and mostly it is my issue not the machine, now that all that is over machine works with few interruptions. Smooth machine interface. Looking forward to another Poolin upgrade.

This company has excellent customer service along with a great plug and play machine. I’m a beginner and can navigate and use the Poolin EOM with ease.

I had a EOC 6. I saw the instich sticker and was so glad so I had to update the software. I don’t know what I did wrong, but after I put the update in there, I got this screen that said powered by instich. It was stuck on that screen. I posted on Facebook if anyone had seen that before and knew how to fix it. Well, it wasn’t long when one of the Poole and engineers reached out to me. He worked with me and then when it got late and I still didn’t get it another engineer reached out and finally we got it fixed. They were so kind and steadfast at helping me get it up and running I would give their customer service a ten. The one thing that I used it for before I had put it away it worked wonderfully and I’m looking forward to being able to use it more that I have a place for it. I know some people say they have a lot of problems, but mainly it’s usually error which was me but it’s a great machine so far in the customer service can’t be beat.
