I've had the Poolin 15 Needle embroidery machine since May and have already put more than 2.8 million stitches through it. So far, it has been incredibly reliable and has handled everything I've thrown at it without any major issues. The machine is very well built and was much easier to learn than I expected. The touchscreen is intuitive, the software is straightforward, and switching between different projects has been simple. I've used it for hats, shirts, patches, and other items, and the results have been consistently excellent. What has impressed me just as much as the machine itself is the customer support. Bai has been outstanding. Anytime I've had a question, I've received a response very quickly, and the support has always been helpful and professional. It's reassuring to know that someone is there to help when needed. After several months of heavy use and millions of stitches, I can honestly say I'm very happy with this purchase. If you're looking for a commercial embroidery machine that is easy to use, built well, and backed by excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend this one.

I’ve had a great experience with Poolin customer service! They’ve been extremely helpful and patient, answering all my questions about thread tension, ordering Mighty Hoops, and everything in between. Their engineers have also been wonderful and very knowledgeable. So far, I’m loving everything about my new Poolin EOM embroidery machine and the support I’ve received. I have two PooLin embroidery machines and would recommend them 100x over. I had never used an embroidery machine before and got started immediately out of the box. They are so user friendly. But even more than that, the service is like no other. I can message them at any time of the day and their service reps are ready to help troubleshoot my machine (mostly user errors). I have had nothing but great experiences with poolin tech support, Kevin always gets back to me right away considering the time differences, Kevin always walks me through my concerns and send me a video for better understanding of what to do when i request it.

I just received my Poolin EOV 15-needle embroidery machine, and I’m so impressed! First of all, the customer service has been absolutely outstanding. They’ve been responsive, helpful, and great to work with every step of the way. The machine was surprisingly easy to set up, and it works beautifully. I’m already loving the quality of the embroidery and how easy it is to use. I can tell this is going to be a fantastic addition to my embroidery projects and allow me to do so much more. So excited to put this machine to work. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Poolin! I do wish it came with a full instruction manual for the machine and not just the Institch operation, but the customer service is really helpful and fast, so it hasn't been an issue.
