Amazing customer service

Backbone is truly a breath of fresh air in the customer service interaction. They made my process so pain free and clear. They respond respond back in a very timely manner and even offered additional assistance. They set the standards of what quality customer service should be.

Larry was very fast and knowledgeable in his response. Customer service/support has always been 5 star.

I would do five stars but I’m doing four starts. Reason is for the controller it’s self, I wish there was a motor in the controller if possible to make vibration for a more immersive experience for the games
