Besides a great product that they make. Their customer support is top notch. They where quick to respond and resolve an issue I had.

The product isn't something I can use or would even suggest to anyone. Buy a dedicated system for less and have more options. Support was excellent and even paid for it to be returned, which is why they've got 3 stars instead of 1.

Customer support (Larry) was very quick to respond and got my warranty claim set up same day.

I have owned two of these things and they are amazing. I did have issues with what appears to be the ribbon cable on my second one. However, customer support was quick to get me taken care of and sent a replacement.
