Super fast answers didnt wait days for e-mail like some companies do,was more like talking to a friend who I new from primary school.

My controller developed a fault which was replaced without hassle. Customer service was first class.

Well I was able to get the information I needed to send my backbone in for repair so just waiting on results on if they can resolve my issue which seems to be a fault in all backbone cotroller.

Message the backbone support team about a part I mistakenly threw away, not only did they respond within 24 hours but they offered to replace the missing parts at absolutely no cost to me. Very refreshing to have such great customer service and when you pair it with such an awesome product, IT DOSNT GET ANY BETTER THEN THAT!!!!
