I ordered some dog food, you told me in stock and was shipped. Not having received it, I called, and I was told that you didn't have any. And I should have received an email. I didn't. Why was I told you had it, it was shipped, when that wasn't even close to the truth?

Looking for hard to find out of stock dog food for our hard to please small dog. Luckily PetFlow sent out an email and delivered it quickly when so our little girl didn’t miss a meal. We hadn’t been aware of PetFlow but now know where to go for our dog food.

After having to find a new source of cat food delivery my friend referred me to PetFlow! They had a wide variety of options for your furry children! The packages ship quick and always arrive before schedule!

I placed an order It said in stock Finished and checked out Was told email Confirmation on delivery date would follow. 4 days pass no email no package. Had to contact them back only to be told no it wasnt in stock and I would have to wait for unknown amount of time. No Apology No how can we fix this Just told I need to wait and when or if it comes in they would send it. Very Unprofessional. Wont be ordering from here again.

Poor customer service. I received a shipment notification for prescription food for my cat, but the food never arrived. I emailed; no response. When I called, I got a blase response, “oh yeah that food is on back order”. I ordered several times previously with no problems, but this last experience has caused me to cancel my auto shipments with them. There are other pet supplies companies with better customer service.
