I will never use Petflow again. Two weeks ago, I was informed that the special dog food I buy was unavailable. A quick internet search took me to Petflow for that food. I ordered 3 large bags and when it arrived, I found it was the wrong food. None of the three bags had been opened, but I was told that the food cannot be returned. 2 bags are still in the unopened shipping box.

I will never order anything from your company again... the worst!!!

My order was delivered correctly and timely, but 1/3 of the cans in the order were dented. The shipping box did not seem to be damaged and it appeared to me that the cans were dented in production or in the warehouse. It did not affect the quality of the product, but was a disappointment in that the cans did not stack well which was a nuisance for storage.

Very disappointed Both my dogs had what looked like red dye in their poop. One dog started vomiting. We called to ask questions and get advise. Information was taken over the phone and we were told , would receive a call back that day. It is now 4 days later and still waiting. Stopped feeding and poops back to normal.

I was having a hard time finding the dog food that I wanted. This company had it! I ordered what I needed and joined auto ship. My first order was prompt and exactly what I had ordered. No problems. Fast service. Plus a discount. So far so good!

I usually order from another site but they were out of stock with my cats prescription food. Petflow had it in stock so I placed the order. My vet had to sign off on the prescription but once that was done the food came within a few days. Thank you PetFlow for having the food and shipping it so quickly! Bella thanks you too! 😊
