I will never order from them again. My cat is suffering from kidney disease and requires a certain food. I placed my order received confirmation and a delivery date. Two days after the delivery date I called and was told that the item was out of stock. No notice... No email, nothing I would not trust them.

I ordered my pet’s prescription food from this site because the website said it was available, when in reality it was back ordered for weeks. Particularly upsetting as my pet’s allergies make replacing this specialty product very difficult. The website should have showed that it wasn’t available before I ordered and paid for it.

I was assisted my Michael and he was very professional and helpful. On the other hand Janes was not. He gave me mis information that cost me not to get my dogs specialty food. I always say if you are unsure ask a superior.

We usually buy from another pet store, but they were out of the food we needed, so we ordered from PetFlow. they had just what we needed ~ but it took over a week to arrive. Our pet orders usually arrive in just a few days, so this was inconvenient. The order arrived in good shape when it arrived, and the price was comparable to what we usually pay.
