Pet Creations Art is a passionate and loving pet brand specializing in highly personalized pet art that is hand-drawn by two sisters, Sallie and Sophia. At Pet Creations Art, we wanted to stand out from the rest by offering the best quality personalised artwork on a wide range of products. Unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT use any apps to speed up the process of our work which in return, sacrifices the quality of the finished product. We will draw your custom artwork by hand with tender love, care, and attention, turning him/her into an incredible masterpiece in the style that you always loved. Our motto of 'Exceed your expectations' is your guarantee that the final product will be better than you ever could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to have had such an overwhelming response from our customers and have since been able to partner with print facilities around the world. We now have print facilities based in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, the EU and are continuing to expand! Where to next!? If you have any queries about any of our products please contact us at [email protected] and we would be more than happy to help.

Timely delivery, even around the holidays. Excellent quality. The look of jealousy on my moms face when she saw me open it… worth every penny!

Hey Paul! I am so sorry for the delay in getting your canvas to you! I have checked the tracking and can see your canvas has been delivered :) Please do get in touch with us at [email protected] if you did not receive this and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out! All the best, Sophia
Taking forever. Poor communication. Made this purchase over a month ago (11/25). After several emails I finally got a preview on 12/21, but they didn’t take into consideration some info I gave in the beginning with my order. I sent 2 more emails and Still haven’t heard back. I understand it being the holidays and they are busy, but they shouldn’t put time frames if they aren’t able to abide by them. Update…. Still receiving lots of promotions and emails asking for me to share my artwork, which I still have not received. I did receive an email response to the last email I sent, that had additional pictures and information included. However the email asked for information that was actually in the email, so now I feel like they haven’t actually read it.

Hi Kristen, I am extremely sorry for the slow service in getting your preview to you. As much as we thought we were prepared for the Christmas rush, we severely underestimated the demand for our products and the volume of emails we would be getting. Lesson learned here, and we will be more prepared next year.
Y’all did the best you could and the art I received was amazing, but you mishandled the amount of orders you accepted and I still haven’t actually received anything I ordered. I am not angry or dissatisfied I just wanted to give this as a Christmas present.

Hi, Joshaua! I am so sorry for the delay in getting the canvas delivered to you. Our current operation is not efficient whatsoever as this causes a lot of backlogs in our emails and is not as user-friendly for the customer as it should be. Going into 2022, we have actually taken out a loan to get a custom portal built and designed for our customers, which will allow you to preview your art, preview backgrounds, and approve your art instead of all the consonant back and forth emailing. This will make the entire process much quicker and easier for the customer. Again I deeply apologize for all of the delays in getting your order to you. I hope if we do receive an order from you next year you will be impressed with how much more efficient we are! -Sophia
I still haven't received the canvas I paid for. I was told 7-10 days, and including the holiday, it's been 2 weeks, and I have heard nothing besides it being on its way. The picture is good but it would be better if it was here. Will probably have to go and get a photo made from the digital version they sent me. Edit: 2 to 5 stars because I received the canvas

Hey Dylan! I am so sorry about the delay in getting your canvas to you. I can see that you approved your art and were happy with the preview, which I am glad to hear :) However, our production team had been catching up on a backlog of orders from the Christmas rush. I can see your canvas is due to be delivered next week! I hope you have a lovely New Year! Also, thank you so much for supporting my small business, I really appreciate it Dylan! All the best, Sophia
Had a great experience with Pet Creations Art! Sallie and Sophie do an amazing job, not only with the quality of the art, but with customer service as well. I stumbled across them in an Instagram ad so I wasn't sure what to expect, but was very happy with the entire experience. Made for a perfect gift for a pet/Disney lover. I would absolutely recommend them.
