Pet Creations Art is a passionate and loving pet brand specializing in highly personalized pet art that is hand-drawn by two sisters, Sallie and Sophia. At Pet Creations Art, we wanted to stand out from the rest by offering the best quality personalised artwork on a wide range of products. Unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT use any apps to speed up the process of our work which in return, sacrifices the quality of the finished product. We will draw your custom artwork by hand with tender love, care, and attention, turning him/her into an incredible masterpiece in the style that you always loved. Our motto of 'Exceed your expectations' is your guarantee that the final product will be better than you ever could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to have had such an overwhelming response from our customers and have since been able to partner with print facilities around the world. We now have print facilities based in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, the EU and are continuing to expand! Where to next!? If you have any queries about any of our products please contact us at [email protected] and we would be more than happy to help.

Took over a month to get here. And it’s still not even here. They take forever to respond to emails. And when u ask for a refund they don’t give it to u so ur either forced to wait for the product or just lose out on money. Don’t waste ur time buying anything from them.

Hey Brady, I am so sorry for the long delay in getting your preview to you. I can see that you placed your order with us on Black Friday, which was our busiest day of the year for us, so it took us longer than usual to draw the artwork. Please note that once the artwork has been completed, we will be unable to cancel your order as hours of work have already gone into this. That's why we cannot offer a full refund. However, I can see you were pleased with your artwork which is good! Your canvas will also be delivered in approximately three days. I have sent you an email with a few options we can do to make this up to you as we want all of our customers to be happy with their product and the service from us in the end! I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Best wishes, Sophia
Ordered on 11/29 with promise it will be done 1-3 days, 7 max. Followed up on 12/8 b/c I had heard nothing. Was told it would be done in 1-2 days. Got my proof on 12/13. Requested a minor fix. On 12/25 was told my update would be done in 24 hours. It is now 12/27 and nothing. They seem nice and are likely genuinely backed up. And I’m sure the final product will be great. But this was meant to be a Christmas gift. We are now almost 1 month after my order and 2 days after Christmas and I don’t even have a final proof yet so unfortunately not the best experience so far.

Hey Chris, I am extremely sorry for the slow service in getting your preview to you. As much as we thought we were prepared for the Christmas rush, we severely underestimated the demand for our products and the volume of emails we would be getting. Lesson learned here, and we will be more prepared next year. I can see you were pleased with the artwork which is good to hear and I can see your canvas has been delivered now too :) All the best, Sophia

Hey Robert, I am so sorry for the delay in getting your canvas to you. We had been much busier than we anticipated this Christmas, which led to longer than usual delays. I can see we sent your canvas out via FedEx 2-day Express, and this is due to be delivered tomorrow. I have also sent you an email to see what we can do to make this up to you. Best wishes, Sophia
