Pet Creations Art is a passionate and loving pet brand specializing in highly personalized pet art that is hand-drawn by two sisters, Sallie and Sophia. At Pet Creations Art, we wanted to stand out from the rest by offering the best quality personalised artwork on a wide range of products. Unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT use any apps to speed up the process of our work which in return, sacrifices the quality of the finished product. We will draw your custom artwork by hand with tender love, care, and attention, turning him/her into an incredible masterpiece in the style that you always loved. Our motto of 'Exceed your expectations' is your guarantee that the final product will be better than you ever could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to have had such an overwhelming response from our customers and have since been able to partner with print facilities around the world. We now have print facilities based in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, the EU and are continuing to expand! Where to next!? If you have any queries about any of our products please contact us at [email protected] and we would be more than happy to help.

Pet Creations art designed a portrait of my sisters two pups that I gave as a Christmas present. The portrait was beautiful and the customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend this service if you are looking for some art for your furry friends :)

Hi, Kaitlyn! We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us a 5-star review. We look forward to doing business with you again soon! -Sophia
Placed an order on the 9th hadn't heard anything back so emailed on the 22nd and was promised a preview within 24 hours which didn't happen. Emailed again only to get an email about how they accepted too many orders, well unfortunately that's not my problem. Update also as you can see from their response to this review they also promised it would be here in 2 to 3 days yet another lie. While I may be happy with the drawing. What I'm not happy with is the lack of communication and the lack of doing anything to rectify the situation. Remember I placed this order on the 9th of December for a Christmas present for my partner which I still haven't got and its 3rd of January.

Hey Sean, I am terribly sorry for the delay in getting your preview to you. I can see that you were pleased with the artwork, and your canvas has now shipped out, so you should receive this in the next 2-3 days! Please do let me know if there is anything that I can do to make this up to you as I really want you to be happy with your purchase from us. I will hopefully hear from you soon. Best wishes, Sophia
