I loved the drawing itself but the image of my 3 dogs was placed very low on the frame, making for a mostly empty frame. The product lights up properly but it’s too expensive for how small the image ended up being. 😢

I'm not going to lie... I was disappointed this time. I've always had amazing success with this company, but this time it fell short. I didn't get the opportunity to view the draft as in other times. Had I had the opportunity, I would've said no. The dog in my submission had a hat on that was not included in the final picture. The final product right down to the centering of the subjects is off.

I haven't received it yet. And no update on when I will

Took a long time and I thought I was getting a canvas print for the price but it was just the digital file.

Their pricing is very confusing. If it was clearer I would have given 5 stars

Ordered in what the email said was within time to receive by Christmas. I thought it was a long shot, but the customer service was slow. Very slow. At one point I wondered if I'd get the product at all. However, I will say that the finished product looked great. I received what I ordered and eventually, they responded to my questions. Order early and you'll be happy with this place.

Just took way too long to get the art. I ordered in early December as a Christmas present and the art did not arrive until January 12. The rest of the process was great and the finished product was as hoped for, but had no idea it would take so long.

My order was placed on Dec 3. The first proof did not have his collar. The second proof had a completely different collar. Finally, the third proof was correct. I have not received any tracking information, it just says it shipped 11 days ago. I emailed customer service days ago, still waiting for a response. I hope the finished product is worth it.
