Our motto of 'Exceed your expectations' is your guarantee that the final product will be better than you ever could have imagined. We bought a picture as a Christmas gift and the recipients were delighted! It looked great and the service was fantastic. Highly recommended!

still haven't gotten what I paid for after ordering 2 months ago. I want my money back. Finally got to me about 7 weeks after the order date. I ordered the day before thanksgiving. Final product was great but WAY too expensive for the wait time and lack of communication

Hey Leah, I am extremely sorry for the slow service in getting your preview to you. As much as we thought we were prepared for the Christmas rush, we severely underestimated the demand for our products and the volume of emails we would be getting. Lesson learned here, and we will be more prepared next year. I can see you were pleased with the artwork which is good to hear and I can see your canvas has been delivered now too :) All the best, Sophia
The staff are friendly, helpful and the service is prompt. The choice of backgrounds and revisions made the final product perfect 🐾

I ordered my product on the 15th of December and haven’t even had a preview of what my final product is like I also paid for express delivery of 3-5 days and yes this is still nearly 3 weeks late I am incredibly disappointed in the service that has been provided and unless improved would not be ordering again, this was supposed to be for Christmas

Please be careful with this company. I bought one thing previously and the design was good however it took 3x as long to come. I thought I’d order again from them and assumed the 2 weeks late turn around was a one off. I ordered again in Nov 21, hopefully to get a gift here in time for Christmas. I had to email them 2 weeks after purchase to ask where my design was…they then started to work on my product. The designs they were giving me were a lower standard to what was previously given. Unsure on the reason as to why this is. After a couple of re designs ( not much change at all, design still the same ) I decided just to say yes to one of the designs even though I was only 80% happy with it. However I’m still yet to see the final design, I have emailed this company multiple times… they are now not replying. My last email was me asking for my money back, again no reply as of yet. I ordered in Nov and I’m still yet to receive a product or a final design. Just be aware that the delivery and estimated times this company gives out are way off! From point of purchase at least give it 4 weeks minimum, that’s if it comes at all. I want my money back please.

Waited almost a month and still not received even though I ordered as a Christmas gift. I wouldn't have minded if the website told me it would take this long and not "7 days in busy periods" like it does. Unacceptable for a business and needs rectified ASAP.
