Final product was amazing but it took about a month to get there.

They were kind and considerate. They are detail oriented and try to give the buyer everything they want. Most importantly they delivered a product that was loved. I will use them again and again.

Ordered a new product with prior artwork. So they didn't even need to make new artwork. It was already done. Was promised the product by Christmas. Ordered November 30th. Didn't even get a "preview" until after Christmas. it was just my previous artwork again. The product still isn't complete or shipped. Worst service I have ever gotten on any product I have ever purchased. The art is good but not worth the ridiculously terrible service. No clue how they are still in business.

Hey Christine, I am incredibly sorry for the slow service in getting your preview to you. We had been working from the oldest to newest orders first, and even though you were using the same artwork that had already been drawn, we only got to this once we had competed the orders in front of yours. This is not the most efficient way of doing things, and we have since moved systems to allow us to be much more efficient to ensure delays like this will not happen again.
Absolutely amazing customer service and beautiful art pieces, they do take time because they are hand drawn but it is so worth it.

Hi, Heaven! We are so grateful for your kind words! Thanks for sharing your review with us and the community! -Sophia
The quality of the artwork produced is fantastic, and the business is a great start up. The artist's rendition of the pets is very imaginative and they capture all your pets' quirks. Due to high demand they clearly struggled over Christmas with production and delivery, however, with some extra support and time I am sure they will bounce back next year - and I would give 5 stars. I can assure every buyer that they will be pleased with their final product and it is worth waiting for.

So I paid for an order on the 4th of December 2021. The order was for a Christmas present and is only now being sent to me. The arrival date is between the 20th of January to the 24th! I understand how busy the business would be over Christmas time. However, to receive a Christmas present one entire month after Christmas Day is appalling. The website states that it takes 10 business days?? I get an email on the 22nd notifying that the orders will be late and I appreciate the communication. I received a preview of the design before Christmas, and shared it with friends and family who were amazed by the design. I did warn them that ordering from this business would mean very long delays. I am looking forward to finally receiving my order. Art #16331

Hey Chris, I am extremely sorry for the slow service in getting your preview to you. As much as we thought we were prepared for the Christmas rush, we severely underestimated the demand for our products and the volume of emails we would be getting. Lesson learned here, and we will be more prepared next year. I can see you were pleased with the artwork which is good to hear and I can see your blanket has been delivered now too :) All the best, Sophia
Excellent customer service. Had no problem revising work to fit what my partner wanted, even when it went round in circles. Picture was fantastic, i loved the fact that when i paid to get the files i got both with and without the background.
