I am so incredibly happy with the final product of my dog. HIGHLY recommend!!

I had high hopes given the good reviews (so far) but this was a complete let down. I placed my order on 6 December, and was promised a preview within 3-7 days and delivery of the print well before Christmas. I received a preview on 21 December (15 days after placing the order) and asked for a small tweak to be made. This was followed by a complete radio silence until 31 December, when I received a (copy/paste) response claiming that the company was doing everything it could to ensure Christmas delivery (!!). I do note that the Pet Creations Art was still promising Christmas delivery on its website on 15 December, which tells me that the company knew that it would not be able to meet all Christmas delivery commitments and only wanted to get orders in. Completely deceitful practice. I asked for a full refund (which I think is a reasonable ask, given the fact that this was meant to be a Christmas gift). Sophia’s response was barely apologetic, and I was only offered a partial refund or store credit. I’ve decided to open a dispute with my credit card company for breach of applicable consumer laws to make a point. At first I had some compassion for the business (as did other reviewers here on Trustpilot), as I do appreciate that it is a small business and it probably came under a lot of pressure around the festive season. However the unapologetic stance, complete lack of communication and lack of desire to make things right by offering a refund mean that I no longer have any compassion. The art itself was not bad, although not particularly impressive. Reasonable value for money if it had been delivered on time. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

Picture came out great and they communicated the process as good as any company I have done business with! Great work y'all

Fantastic work

At this stage I am yet to receive the finished drawing but that's due to the fact that I have asked for several changes otherwise I would have had my piece before Christmas (the drawing is a Christmas gift) and considering that I only placed my order the 4th of December and also the pressure the girls must have with Christmas orders and then their general orders also, I was very happy with the timeline. Also very impressed with their updates with regards to where they are at being in a general email to all clients and then the personal contact with regards to my personal piece by email also. Also as stated with their guarantee of 100% satisfaction with the drawing no matter how many reviews and changes you feel are needed to get to a place where you feel they have captured your animals character exactly how you want it reflected and that was super important to me. I have not been made to feel anything but they are happy to make sure that I am happy. I'm definitely happy to recommend both the girls at Pet Creations

Advertised for 7-10 day delivery, ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received my canvas. I never once and still haven’t received tracking information for my package, I haven’t received any emails to update me on my package but I received about 20 emails in the last 4 weeks about your promotional offers which is a kick in the teeth to receive when I can barely get an email back about my order. I understand it’s a small business but you should limit your orders if you can’t keep up with the demand.

I was not satisfied at all with their first attempt but after the edits I asked for I was completely satisfied and excited. I wish I had ordered it a few weeks earlier bc of holidays but that was my error. I am ordering a digital print soon for my sister of her recently passed doggie.

Had a great experience with Pet Creations Art! Sophie did an amazing job on the portrait of my pet. I stumbled across them in an Instagram ad so I wasn't sure what to expect, but was very happy with the entire experience and it made for a wonderful gift.
