I highly recommend the company. Process was surprisingly easy, but the Staff/Team were the most accommodating and supportive that I have ever experienced!

Selling my home through Offerpad was a great decision! They offered a fair price and an effortless process. I can't say enough good things about the whole team at Offerpad and the stress-free experience I had with them. I will definitely recommend Offerpad to my friends.

Excellent experience. My transaction manager, Darci, kept me updated through the whole process and everything went smoothly. Offer was realistic, nothing like typical cash offers from “we buy your house” type of sites. Definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed working with Offer Pad. They were very professional and courteous. They understood the needs and wants we had and were able to comply. For this removed a huge weight from our shoulders, they delt with the inspections, the repairs and the selling of the property, while we sat back and collected the money. We are very happy with our experience with Offer Pad.

Offerpad had the best offer, allowed me to set my closing date and offered an extension if I needed. My house closed on time and funds were transferred immediately to me. What a great experience. No house showing issues, just selling my house for a great price.
