Justin Colby is in bankruptcy. He has good knowledge on the real estate market and presents himself as a guru but he will use that knowledge to get money from you. Google "Justin Colby bankruptcy" and you will see what I'm talking about. He currently owes one poor couple over $150k. The devil is real and knowledgable, gaurd your heart, mind and finances.

I paid $20k for "Dynamic Method Coaching" that was supposed to include weekly one on one calls with Justin for 6 months. I didn't receive everything that was outlined in the agreement. I had maybe 6 calls with Justin. I didn't make any money while in the program. I deeply regret my decision and payment to The Science of Flipping.
