The people I came in contact with made selling my home to Offerpad a great and stress free experience. I was nervous about selling to an I Buyer, but Jasmin and Becky held my hand through the entire process and felt like my advocates. In the end, I got a good price for my home and didn’t have to deal with any showings. I definitely recommend this company, but do your research and know what your home is worth before negotiating!

Nick and Nicole made the sale process flawless constantly jumped in with any questions closed in 2 weeks. If you do a deal with them- Ask to not use Stewart title would not recommend using them as title - they are slow and made a 2600 mistake then made us pay it after a month of sale.
