Working with Offerpad was great. They were kind, up front, and honest in their dealings. If I ever decide to sell my new house, I would definitely work with Offerpad again. One caveat: I would decline the free move offer. Trust me, you don’t want to deal with Bellhops.

Just do it! I was skeptical. Figured I'd get low ball offer. I filled out the request, took pictures, was HONEST with repairs needed and got an offer over what Realtor.Com said my house was worth. Closing cost, dealer fees, repairs factored in were only $15k. Well below a realtor norm of 18k without repairs. Plus saved be $5 to $7k on new flooring I would have needed. Contact and communication superb. Every step of the way. Whether it was important or to just check in on us. Could not ask for better service. closed in 28 days (my choice). Best of all no showings! 1000% recommend!

Very quick and easy process. I was forced to quit working because of illness and needed a quick sale. The offer was fair.

Offerpad was very accommodating to our needs in giving us time to look for a new home. They also offered us a great price for our exist home, would gladly use them again and recommend to others.

My parents owed a home for 40 years and unfortunately as they aged they could stay in the home any longer. When it came time to sell, I reached out to OfferPad as I live 1500 miles away from them and could assist in preparing and overseeing sales process. OfferPad was prompt, professional and made selling my parents home a breeze. I highly recommend this company and service.
