5 service calls for the same repair in 7 months, my washer has been down a total of 19 WEEKS! The 2 repair companies are highly incompetent at best that they keep sending out. Now, I need yet another repair and they have someone coming out that has a disconnected number and no website to contact to verify that they are coming. This has been absolutely ridiculous and I’ll never buy another Maytag again!

Stay away from this piece of worthless junk - Maytag Washer MVWC565FW2 It will not ring out a small rug, ever!! I've tried so many times, and it can't handle even a 12 x 12. It also takes forever to wash a small load. Worst washer I've ever owned. I prefer an old machine with no computer over this crap that doesn't work right. I paid over 1 K for it and still have to go to the laundromat to wash rugs. PIECE OF JUNK. DO NOT BUY THIS. Customer service stinks too; you'll be on hold forever. Lousy in all respects. ZERO stars.

Maytag top load washer Model # MVW6200KW This machine throws all the clothes to one side while filling, puts the drum off-balance. I have to adjust the loads while they are soaking wet to get the cycle to finish. If it manages to wash a load without my intervention, the clothes come out tangled in a ball. Do not recommend. I bought it in 2022.

purchased a maytag top load washing machine on may17, 2026. used it 1 time and it would NOT rinse the clothes out. called service which took forever to get ahold of they sent tech out and we were told that he would have to order 2 new parts. {FOR A BRAND NEW MACHINE}. maytag is supposed to be a number 1 appliance co. but we will NEVER purchase another product from them EVER again

Don't call to register your Maytag, they basically tell you that if your application breaks they won't fix it unless you buy the monthly warranty plan. I regret buying a Maytag now

We bought a washer, did 3 loads of laundry and it broke. Weve been waiting over a wk for a part. Contacted maytag and got no where. Told us to wait for the part. Never again will I purchase anything maytag. Absolutely awful experience, product and customer support

I purchased this piece of crap washing machine about a year ago now they have sent several repair guys out here to fix it and every time it breaks again, I don't recommend purchasing any new washing machines because they are all digital pieces of crap! I am contacting a attorney on this matter if anyone would like to jump on board just let me know!

They would get a zero star if I could. I bought a Maytag wash machine a few years ago. I don't know who designed it, but it is the crappiest machine that I have ever bought. It only 1/3 fills the drum no matter what the size. It doesn't spin out the clothes and when it does it spins the dirt right back into the clothing. Maytag used to be a good name along with all the other big names but, in the last 10 years I would say, they have all gotten down to the bottom of the barrel. You want to buy a good machine go for a no-name brand. You would have a better machine. I've been having trouble with this machine ever since I got it. The company says as long as it's performing what it should do then we can't do anything. It doesn't always get the clothing in the water. it has never worked right. Maytag has no quality left in their products anymore. The person who designed this machine probably never did a damn load of laundry in his life. He just said, well it's efficient now.
