Hi Nikk, Sorry to hear about your lackluster experience with the TD1! Please reach out to us! We'll be forwarding your notes here to BIQU, but are more than willing to accept the return for the defective product. Kris @ KB3D

I buy almost all my 3d printing parts from KB3D. If they carry the item I'm looking for I buy it from them over anywhere else. Shipping is extremely fast, every order ive ever placed ships the same day. I have emailed with questions and Kris has emailed me back exceptionally quick. KB3D is great and I look forward to buying more parts from them in the future.
