Very easy to work with. Answered all questions and communicated great. Fast shipping. Good quality tent frame. Our first event actually had severe overnight winds and several vendor tents were sent flying (ours as well but ours stayed in tact. Other vendors with other frames unfortunately had their frames bent or completely snapped. Greatful our frame was strong enough to withstand the damaging winds

I ordered 2 of the 10x30 canopies and both were missing pieces so I could not use either for the event and it rained, which is the reason I purchased the canopy so visitors would stay dry while eating.

After checking your order details, we noticed that the purchase was for one 10x15 canopy, not two 10x30 canopies. Our customer service team also mentioned that they only received an email from you regarding tracking updates, and no message about missing parts or after-sales issues. We’re concerned there may have been a mix-up with the review or with the product you received. If there are missing parts or any issue at all, please contact us directly so we can help right away. We want to make sure you’re fully supported and receive everything you need.
Our canopy was about a year and a half old. Just the top tarp was not available via WayFair or Amazon. We got a replacement from Master Canopy from half way around the world in less than two weeks.

It was challenging to get a hold of customer service. Emails took a while to get to each other but in the end , I received what I needed.
