We had some issues with our Mastercanopy gazebo which were promptly addressed by customer service to our complete satisfaction. To know that this company fully stands behind its products is important to us when we make purchases. We would recommend Mastercanopy for this reason alone.

I ordered a replacement tarp and it came in damaged. I contacted them via email and they answered back right away and I provided the pictures the invoice and everything and I still have not gotten any response to replace the damaged product. I won’t buy from them again.
