The team’s working ethic is very good; communication was in timely manner, the team really did their best to help me solve my problem. I appreciate their efforts. The product seems to be exactly what I need. Even though I will not be able to test it till spring, I think the product will meet my expectations.

Your patience and understanding mean so much to us, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Thank you again for choosing MasterCanopy!
I am a craft vendor who attends local craft shows and was in need of a new canopy after a storm crumpled my previous one. After a lot of research, I chose to purchase Master Canopy's heavy-duty model. There is no denying that the product is well made. The canopy joints move and adjust reasonably easy, especially after a few uses to "break them in", and the release buttons are secure and easier to manipulate than other canopies I have used in the past. There are loops incorporated into the frame design and the canopy top for anchoring. The canopy top and walls are thoughtfully designed for security and ease of use, are well assembled to ensure longevity, and are highly water resistant. The high arch of the canopy also discourages water pooling on the roof. I love that a variety of color options are available for the top and walls and have purchased additional colors to further enhance my display. My purchases were shipped promptly and, on the occasion where I needed to communicate with their customer service due to my own oversight, the representative was professional and fair. My only real complaint is that the white canopy top does not reflect UV light as well as I hoped, which is why I eventually purchased a darker color (green).

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We truly appreciate your honest feedback about the white canopy top and its UV protection. Your comments are valuable to us and help us continue improving our products. We’re glad you were able to find a darker color that works better for your needs, and we hope your MasterCanopy continues to serve you well at many successful craft shows to come.
