Delivery timely. Easy to track. Umbrella is well made and attractive. Sure wish it was a crank tilt instead of a push button since it is difficult to reach button and push with enough force over my head. :(

The 9’ eight rib umbrella replacement came with one of eight rib pockets not sewn. Defective. Not sure how 7 of 8 pockets get sewn. Bad quality control. P.S. Regarding Mastercanopy response. Where do I send requested information? What’s the e-mail address?
