Edit: Based on their reply, I went up to 3 stars. I've owned a MasterCanopy before and it was a solid product. I appreciate they acknowledged my frustration with this 2nd purchase. Original: I would give a zero if I could. I ordered and paid for a 10"x10" canopy and within a couple hours received an email that my order had been cancelled and refunded. I replied asking for an explanation but never got one. So I ordered one from Vevor and it was delivered in 3 days.

We are so incredibly sorry for the frustration! Your order was unfortunately canceled and refunded because that specific 10x10 canopy was completely out of stock. However, our team completely dropped the ball by forgetting to send you the follow-up email explaining the situation, and we totally understand why the lack of communication was so upsetting. While we are sad we couldn't serve you this time, we are glad you were able to get a canopy quickly elsewhere. We are addressing this mistake with our team to ensure it doesn't happen again.
I ordered this canopy to replace my 3rd replaced canopy for this >12yr old frame we still have. It was delivered fairly quick and went up without a hitch. We were going to scrap the gazebo and buy something new but decided to see if they still carried the canopy covering, which they did. So we're getting another 3 yrs out of this for under $200.

It sounds like you've got a legendary gazebo frame on your hands! We are so glad we could help you keep it going for another round. Thanks for the 5-star support—here’s to another 3+ years of shade!
My experience was okay. I think the product is well built and easy to assemble. However my unit came with small holes and wear straight out the bow which was a little upsetting.

Hi! Thank you so much for the kind words! Enjoy your new product, and we’re always here if you need anything else!
We had some weather that destroyed our canopy top. They are not sold separately on their website. I contacted them to inquire if I could purchase a replacement. The hardware is still in great condition and it would be a waste to just replace the entire canopy structure. Their response was immediate and asked me to provide some photos, which I did. Our correspondence was prompt and efficient. They offered a very good replacement cost and mailed it immediately upon payment. I definitely recommend their company.
