My canopy was delivered, bartered and filthy. I’m still waiting for them to return it and send me a clean one, but they’re being a little stubborn. Bad customer service.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. I had a faulty product (an umbrella replacement that was the wrong size and had a rip in it), and they never returned my emails or responded to my messages within the chat. Except now, finally, after my review, they have responded.
