When I purchased they subscribed me. When I reached out they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge quickly and with no argument. It was quick and painless.

Hi Heather, Nobody loves discovering a subscription they didn't mean to sign up for, so we're glad the fix on our end matched the frustration on yours. That's how it should go every time. Thanks for giving us the chance to make it right instead of just walking away annoyed 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team
