They charged me 39usd twice , that's 78usd in all ...without my asking..I was just going through their app and they deducted the amt. Despite my numerous emails to them, there's no decent response . I did not get anything from them,yet they keep saying for my subscription,which btw I had never subscribed for. A bad experience. Still hoping to get my money back....let's see...

So far , this is pretty amazing! I bought almost all the beauty supplies that they suggested for me to help my skincare and glow. I have only been doing this less than a week and I am already seeing a difference.

This is my first time experiencing with Lovi app. Just used it for 3 days and i like it so far. I am pretty happy with this app. It's great that the product scanner is already steering me away from things that could irritate me, and that the fit scores from my face scan are lining up with what my skin actually needs. This app and the product scanning feature has saved me from buying things that would irritated my skin or just not be affective. I have a lot of pigmentation on my face. Over the course of many years, i have tried out a wide variety of products. It doesn't work for my skin. I'm glad i found this app Lovi. The face scan feature was able to diagnose my skin pretty accurately. Because of this, it gave a rating on what products work best for me. I'm really enjoying it. I had watched and learned a lot about step-by-step skincare application guides and face massages. It helped me improve my life, including my cosmetics routine. Thank you Lovi. I'm really enjoying it. Amazing!

i haven’t get my refund because i don’t know about this it’s my mistake i downloaded the app so now i need refund my money i no have interest in this app .
